Action Plan for Supporting the Development of the Next Generation
Objective:To create a workplace environment where employees can balance work with life events such as childbirth, childcare, and nursing care, ensuring they can continue their careers over the long term despite changes in their personal circumstances.
①Expanding Initiatives to Promote Childcare Support
● We will extend the eligibility period for shorter working hours for childcare from the statutory "until the child reaches age 3" to "until the child graduates from elementary school.
" This initiative aims to create a workplace environment that supports a healthy balance between work and childcare.
②Support for Employees on Family Care Leave
● We will maintain our policy of providing up to 12 months of family care leave—significantly exceeding the statutory limit of 93 days. By offering this extended leave period,
We aim to establish a support system that enables employees to continue their long-term careers even while fulfilling family caregiving responsibilities.
● We will continuously review and enhance our support systems to ensure employees can effectively balance their work and family care responsibilities.
Action Plan for Promoting Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace
Objective:To recruit and develop human resources who can thrive over the long term by achieving workstyles tailored to individual lifestyles regardless of gender, and by providing opportunities for continuous skill development.
①Enhancing Educational and Training Systems
● We will review and enhance our training and educational systems to develop human resources capable of playing core roles within the organization.
②Promoting the use of annual paid leave to achieve a well-balanced and focused workstyle.
● Targeting a 60% annual leave take-up rate for full-time group employees. We will actively promote and implement measures to achieve this goal and improve the overall usage rate.
③Appropriate Management of Overtime Work
● We will establish upper limits on overtime, monitor the working hours of each individual employee, and provide necessary guidance to ensure compliance.
● We will share performance reports with industrial physicians and the Health and Safety Committee for discussion. For employees with excessive working hours, we will arrange consultations with industrial physicians.
